Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 11, 2026  |  Last Updated: June 11, 2026

Plain English Summary: These Terms govern your use of Advorly. By signing up, you agree to them. We provide a tool to find publicly advertised businesses — we are not responsible for how you use that information. AI summaries are generated by a machine and may be inaccurate. You must not use Advorly to send spam. Our liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using advorly.online (the "Platform") or any services offered by Advorly ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Advorly. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to use Advorly:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are using the Platform for legitimate business purposes (B2B lead research, marketing, outreach), not for personal, household, or family purposes.
  • You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited by law.
  • You are not on any government sanctions list and your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable sanctions or export control laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Description of Service

Advorly is a B2B lead generation SaaS platform that:

  • Retrieves publicly available advertising data from Meta's Ads Library (a public transparency database operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) via a third-party API service.
  • Uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) to generate brief, machine-produced summaries of ad content. These summaries are AI-generated and are labeled as such. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or mischaracterisations.
  • Presents this data to you in a structured, searchable format to assist with business outreach and prospecting.

We are an information tool, not a lead guarantee service. We do not verify the accuracy of data sourced from Meta's Ads Library, we do not verify business contact details, and we do not guarantee any specific number or quality of results for any search.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure (EU AI Act, Article 50): All business descriptions and ad summaries displayed on the Platform are produced by an AI language model. In compliance with the EU AI Act transparency obligations (effective August 2, 2026), this content is machine-generated and is not verified by a human. Users must exercise independent judgment before relying on any AI-generated content.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@advorly.online if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Not share your account with any other person, and not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits or obtaining additional free credits.

We use Supabase, Inc. for authentication and database storage. Passwords are hashed and are never stored in plain text.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

5.1 Credits System

Advorly operates on a credit-based system. One (1) credit entitles you to receive one (1) unique lead from the Platform. Credits are consumed at the time a search is completed, in proportion to the number of unique leads delivered.

Automatic Partial Refund: If a search delivers fewer unique leads than requested (for example, because the keyword yields limited results in the Meta Ads Library), the unused credits are automatically refunded to your account balance at no cost to you. For example, if you request 100 leads and only 73 are found, 27 credits are returned to your balance.

5.2 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans that grant a fixed number of credits per billing cycle. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Current plan pricing is listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform and any remaining credits until the end of the period for which you have already paid. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial subscription months, except where required by applicable consumer law (see Section 5.5).

5.4 Credit Expiry

Credits expire 12 months from the date they were added to your account, unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase. Expired credits are non-refundable.

5.5 Refund Policy

Credits: Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, except for the automatic partial refund described in Section 5.1, or where the Platform fails to deliver any leads due to a technical fault on our side (in which case, the full credits consumed for the failed search will be refunded).

EU Users: If you are an EU consumer (note: Advorly is primarily intended for business use), you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, unless you have already begun using the credits, in which case the right of withdrawal may be waived.

UK Users: UK consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply where the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill. Contact us at support@advorly.online to raise any service quality issue.

Australian Users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the right to a remedy if the service fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

By using Advorly, you agree that you will not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email. You are solely and entirely responsible for any outreach you conduct using leads obtained from the Platform. Any cold email, LinkedIn message, or other communication must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the EU GDPR (which may require a legitimate interest assessment before contacting business contacts in the EU), and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose, including harassment, phishing, fraud, or impersonation.
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform beyond normal usage.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform to third parties without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Platform to build a competing product or service.
  • Attempt to circumvent any usage limits, security controls, or authentication mechanisms.
  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Use the Platform to collect data on private individuals who are not running business advertisements.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Data Source Disclosure and Third-Party Services

7.1 Meta Ads Library

The lead data displayed on the Platform originates from Meta's Ads Library, which is a publicly accessible transparency database operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. This database was created by Meta to comply with regulatory transparency requirements. The data relates to advertising campaigns run by business pages, not private individuals.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. We access this public data via a third-party API intermediary (ScrapeCreators). We have no control over the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data in Meta's Ads Library. Meta may change, restrict, or remove data at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this data source.

7.2 OpenAI

Ad summaries displayed on the Platform are generated by OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini model. Ad text from Meta's public Ads Library is transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to OpenAI's usage policies. We are not responsible for any content generated by the AI model, including inaccurate, misleading, or offensive summaries.

7.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems. The payment processor's own terms and privacy policy govern the processing of your payment information.

7.4 Hosting and Infrastructure

The Platform is hosted on Vercel, Inc. servers and uses Supabase, Inc. for database and authentication services. These providers may process your data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Platform, including its software, design, brand, logo, and all content created by us, is the exclusive property of Advorly and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Your Data: You retain ownership of any content you input into the Platform (such as search keywords). You grant us a limited licence to use your input data solely to provide the service.

Lead Data: The lead data displayed on the Platform originates from Meta's public Ads Library and is therefore not our proprietary data. You may use the leads for legitimate business outreach in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You may not resell, republish, or create a derivative database of the lead data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE PLATFORM WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
  • ANY SPECIFIC NUMBER OF LEADS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY GIVEN KEYWORD OR COUNTRY.
  • ANY LEAD DATA IS UP TO DATE, ACCURATE, OR THAT THE BUSINESS IS STILL ACTIVELY ADVERTISING.
  • AI-GENERATED SUMMARIES ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE BUSINESS OR ITS PRODUCTS/SERVICES.
  • USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOME, INCLUDING REVENUE, CLIENTS, OR RESPONSES FROM OUTREACH.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • Cap on Liability: Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
  • Exclusion of Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • No Liability for Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of leads to contact third parties, any response or lack of response from contacted businesses, or any violation by you of applicable law in conducting outreach.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Australian Consumers: Our liability under the ACL for a failure of a service to meet a consumer guarantee is limited, where permitted, to resupply of the service or the cost of having the service resupplied.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Advorly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
  • Any outreach or communications you send to businesses using leads obtained from the Platform, including any violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, PECR, or any other applicable law.
  • Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights.
  • Any claim that your use of the Platform caused harm to a third party.

12. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@advorly.online or through the account settings page. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription fees, except as required by law.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • You engage in behaviour that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
  • We are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.
  • We discontinue the Platform (with 30 days' notice where practicable).

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, with the seat of arbitration in India.

EU Users: Nothing in this clause prevents EU consumers from bringing a claim before the courts of their country of residence or using the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

UK Users: UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland.

Australian Users: Australian consumers retain rights under the ACL and may bring proceedings in Australian courts.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, or third-party service failures (including Meta's Ads Library or OpenAI).
